You are capable of healing, of living from a place of peace, not overwhelm.
Welcome to Peace by Piece Therapy.
Hi, I’m Leslie, a recovered disordered eating and trauma survivor, a licensed Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, and a devoted yoga practitioner. All of this is to say I’m a human-informed therapist who believes in supporting re-building the relationships one has with food and their body to bring about inner healing, and connection to your wise wisdom within.
I believe in decolonizing the practice of mental health and embracing the uniqueness of people. I believe all bodies are worthy of compassionate care and specifically address areas towards body shame, anxiety, trauma, and disordered eating (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating). I believe it is everyone’s inherit right to be free to exist in their bodies with ease and authenticity.
Body Trust is a Birthright.

You are welcome here. Every part of you.
Chances are, you have reservations about whether or not you’ll feel seen in therapy.
I’m here to guide you toward your own healing, not re-write your story. These are the types of issues I specialize in.
Disordered Eating
Eating Disorder Recovery is possible, I am a walking breathing testament of this truth.
Whether it’s anxiety, body image, body shame, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, I am here for you. Wherever you are in your recovery process, together I am confident we can find inner ease and peace.
Trauma
Through trauma-informed yoga and somatic psychotherapy practices my goal is to help support a sense of safety within.
With this in mind, survivors gain a greater sense of self, empowering them to find their voice, speak their truth and reclaim their bodies.
BIPOC Community
As someone who is bi-racial and a first generation immigrant, I empathize with the way our identity has been impacted by white supremacy.
You are seen and valued for every part of your story and heritage. What would it look like to cultivate resilience—and resistance— by caring for your whole self?
