Somatic Yoga brings awareness and connection with your emotions and feelings.

Using grounding techniques, you make choices with your body, take effective action, and create rhythms and flow. This type of yoga finds ways to safely come back to the body through supportive movements, breathing, and meditation.

In this blend of eastern philosophy and western neuroscience, you are empowered to experience holistic healing. Classes are led by Leslie Slemmons, a clinical therapist and yoga trained facilitator. All classes are trauma-informed and all bodies are welcomed.

What is Somatic Yoga?

What is Therapeutic Vinyasa?

Therapeutic Vinyasa focuses on breath-led movement to guide the body/mind system into a greater sense of ease.

This type of yoga practice uses the ideas of energies of the spine to help bring what is needed to support the body/mind system.

We focus on different functions like digestion, rest, awake and alert, reducing stress, grief, anxiety, etc.

What is Rest & Restore?

Rest + Restore is a nurturing, evening practice designed to help you unwind, release the day, and return to a state of ease.

Combining gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation, this session invites deep rest and nervous system support. All bodies and energy levels are welcome — come as you are.

Rooted in somatic awareness and self-compassion, this class creates a soft landing at the end of your day, helping you shift out of “doing” mode and back into simply being.

Let this be your midweek exhale — a peaceful pause to restore your mind, body, & spirit before sleep.
