Mindful Mentorship is an ongoing, personalized 1:1 experience designed to help you cultivate clarity, confidence, and connection with yourself. Whether you’re seeking support through life’s transitions, looking for mindful tools to navigate stress, or simply wanting space to deepen your self-awareness, these sessions offer a flexible and customized approach to your personal growth.
While therapy is an invaluable resource for deep healing and mental health support, this mentorship offers a different kind of guidance, focusing on self-exploration, mindfulness, and intentional living rather than clinical treatment. Some aspects of Internal Family Systems (IFS) naturally inform our work together, helping you explore different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion. However, for those who wish to go deeper into therapeutic healing, our Licensed Therapist, Leslie, is an incredible resource and may be a wonderful addition to your journey.
